The two and a half phase Scorpion decanter guarantees less water addition than conventional decanters, finally the Bravo series separator ensures the maximum purity of our oil.
The two and a half phase process, the use of Gramole at a controlled temperature, the cold extraction of the oil and the continuous cycle transformation process of the olives to avoid contact with oxygen are just some of the precautions that ensure the quality of the final product.
